According to the document, Terrorism in the United States, the Federal Bureau of Investigation reports 28 political terrorist attacks in the U.S. between 1990 and 1997. Of these incidents, 25 were explosive and incendiary device attacks. Considering these figures, over 89% of all U.S. domestic terrorist attacks in the early to mid-1990s were explosive or incedniary related.
